You might try this site.
iggyshouse.com
I have not tried it as it is not in this area.
.
A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
The site says you can list for free .
It does not say you can view the mls listing only that it will be available to realtors . I see a catch 22 with that becuse if a house is not listed they will make no money for telling anyone about it or showing it . They dont explain that probem except that I supose it will be listed on Realator.com which good but I think he was asking for veiwing privaleges for free to look at things that have sold for comps which would be way cool. Id pay for that in a hear beat . It would be a great tool and would be worth money.

I have been able to find what houses have sold for on a site called Domania
How do you do it ?
From what Ive read it wants my contact information so a realator can contact me .
I gave an address that sold 7 months ago and it didnt have the information or anything else I asked for ?
BTW the other site listed is not available in AR.

I live in a very transient higher-end suburb of Chicago. The prices for us are pretty accurate and I've got at least 10 homes in my neighborhood that have sold in the last year.“The richest genius, like the most fertile soil, when uncultivated, shoots up into the rankest weeds..†– Hume
I wish it worked for me .

pretty much the same stuff is in there except for things like "pending etc etc"

You know, not to generalize, but the 29% of people who still support President Bush are the ones who love to pronounce themselves more patriotic than the rest of us. But just saying you're patriotic is like saying you have a big one. If you have to say it, chances are it's not true.
