Hi, I Have been in the business of flipping houses for the past 6 years and the market has been over run in my area. I am looking into building modular. Does anyone have any dos or don’ts for me? I have done some research on the web but I am uncertain about things like profit margin, and public perception. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you'd fill in your profile it would help. Wherever you are, probably you want a modular to look as much like the rest of the spec market as possible.
