I’m building a house in Maine . I’ve noticed under the insulation in the cathedral ceiling is damp. I’ve used the air infultrators for the ridge vent & condensation is collecting on them & making the insulation wet. Also in the walls it’s doing the same. Right now I’m using a kerosene heater to heat the house as the furnace isn’t running yet. I’m concerned about this because of the mold factor. When the sheetrock is installed, which is in a few weeks will that change anything…Your help would be appreicated….

Unless it vents outside, the kerosene heater is dumping a lot of water in the house. Burn kerosene, or any hydrocarbon, with sufficient oxygen and you get water and carbon dioxide. If you want to get rid of the water, hook up the real heating system, and use the return boot filters that Protective Products sells to keep dust out of the system.
