Started managing multi family building. Almost all units have signs of forced entry. Need to replace jams. Then prepare jams for locksets. Any thoughts on speeding up the process? Any recommendations on a jig for locksets? Also how much would you charge?

I'm not sure I understand what it is you want to do ... fix the units, or create another 'profit center.' In either case, you'll - sooner or later - probably want to involve a locksmith in the process.
"Forced entry" can mean everything from minor scratch marks to splintered roor frames. Likewise, the motives can be everything from "I lost my key and the manager wasn't home" to a visit by the Police no-knock squad.
I'd address the motives first. If you don't the problem will keep returning. I'd then camera the dickens out of the place, so you can document future efforts.
Otherwise ... keep your focus on your business. You're managing a building - not opening a frame shop. Work on finding, and keeping good tenants. Maybe control access to the property better. Let the contractor come in, do his thing, and leave.
I've used a Fein tool to cut out the offending piece of jamb then patched the jamb. I connect the new piece with some good screws since the piee will not be as strong as a full jamb.
I agree with the other post though. Fix the cause first not the effect.
Why is this place in such shape? What area is it in? Do you own the building or are you just the maintenance guy? You need either a better security system or a better set of tenants.
Family.....They're always there when they need you.
