Stone Dresser
It is a stone dresser. You set as many of the picks out as you need for the area you are working. And, then swing it into a rock face to cause small spalling areas where each tip hits. This allows you to dress the face or size of stone so it fits together cleanly with minimal gaps and wander on your joints.
