Need A New Framing Nailer- Which One To Choose?

My old Bostich N70 is very tired and I need to buy a new framing nailer.  I am looking at the Bosch SN350-20F or the Paslode F350S.  Is anyone using one of these and have any thoughts on the pros and cons?
