I have the opportunity to bid a remodel which consists of tearing out an interior hot tub knocking out two windows which will be replaced with french doors,and replacing the tub with an antique L- shaped bar which will require some plumbing & minor electrical .This will be a rather extensive project and I’m not sure how to bid it any advice on bidding it or would be greatly appreciated .
