I am looking for an architect to help me with rough sketches and rough plans for a large (4,500 sq. ft) family house (family with 5 children) to be built in Montenegro, Yugoslavia.

The working drawings and detailed plans would be done locally by a local architect.

The architect should have experience and/or interests in: open plan styles, concrete and block construction, landscaping and gardening, family features, family room-kitchen combinations, passive solar features, libraries, economical construction, european and east european materials and practices, utilization of alternative (low-tech) construction materials and techniques.

We have specific ideas but need help to put these ideas in rough plan form to be further prepared by a local architect who is otherwise not familiar with what we are interested in.

We are on a limited budget, and hope that the cost can be kept down due to the fact that we are seeking help for rough plans and not typical working drawings.

We have written down requirements for the house and will gladly furnish these to those interested.
