Hi all. I got taken on a house I bought and am doing a full remodel on it. converting to gas. Had to remove old ducting to make way for new plumbig. Old stuff wasn’t insulated was touching the ground and had separation cracks here and there. I am not able to pay 3000. to get new insulated flex duct run and to have the furnace hoofed up ( I have a gas furnace already) I plan to run the ducts behind a knee wall where possible. Are there any books out there for the do it yourself’er. The library had one for engineers but I want something quick and down to the nitty gritty. Something like books I have seen on plumbing and electrical at the home centers.
