I am considering having my next house built with some form of prefab approach.  I think I understand what the variuos types are e.g modular, panelized, SIPS etc and know about some of the site requirements re access etc.  But what I don’t know is how flexible manufactures are in working with an outside architect, how customized one can get them to be and who the manufacturers are.  So any tips on where to get such info and more would be appreciated.
