I am putting a safety seminar together for Career and Technical (Vo-tech) students and I need some photos to put into the powerpoint presentation. What I am looking for are mostly “don’t do this” types, the kind that just make you shake your head in disbelief. Does anyone know of any good sources on the net to send me to?
Thank-you
Rick Arnold

sorry i wasn't zooming in on this one, i should have, i didn't want to get too close to these guys. this project is right on a major road, very high visibility. i can't believe no one questioned this planking setup.
then again, what do i know, maybe the manufacturer recommended this method of pick extension !

Rick,
There are numbers of injury shots here as well if you search.... bunch of nail gun and hands and the such... also probably the nailgun head injury.
Oh and there are some loading no nos from Home Depot parking lots as well.

I'm just wondering what it takes to take the ladder up & secure it at the end of the day
Is that a foundation off to the left, or just where the retaining wall keeps that stream in its bed (mostly)? I like the driven bit of culvert as a sump, though.Occupational hazard of my occupation not being around (sorry Bubba)
yes, it's a foundation or more of a creek retaining wall
