Just had a tenant move out. Need to get the place ready by the end of the month. I work by myself. Own a graco paint sprayer. Dont use it much (bought it for ceilings…I do have tips for trim, walls). Do you professional painters use the sprayer as much as you can? How long do you spend prepping? (this is an older house w. hardwoods). Do you put down paper on the floor and tape it? Or use a canvas as much as possible? Kinda feel overwhelmed… not sure what to do… any thoughts?

I never use a sprayer. I'm not only a painter but I use an 18" roller on the walls and it goes fast. Prime it with 123 tinted and 1 coat of top and your done in no time.
Headstrong, I'll take on anyone!
I've seen a sprayer used, (improperly, without masks) however I think walls need to be rollered after application for texture, however trim and doors will look beautiful with a spray. Everything you don't want paint on needs to be taped, or covered (glass, floors)
Get a roller, a 5 gal bucket with a roller screen, and a good brush and paint it old school.
Like Jemcon said, use a big roller, you'll be done before you can set up for spraying. I like those roller pads for cutting in. You have to load them very lightly and keep the wheels clean.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
I use a titan but for your application it would not be time well spent. The advice you've been given so far is your best and fastest way to an end. Do a room at a time and you'll be amazed how quickly it goes.
