I need to address a moisture problem in my crawlspace. The only quote I’ve received has been from Neutocrete and it was over $12 grand. I like their product but don’t know if it would be any better than a regular vapor barrier, which I’m sure will be much less to have installed. Is anyone familiar with Neutocrete? How much would it be to install a ‘regular’ vapor barrier to a crawlspace?

Brian,
For what it's worth http://forums.taunton.com/tp-breaktime/messages?msg=20629.9 is an old thread mentioning Neutocrete.
Looks like you're out of luck here.
You might want to place your question over on the Journal of Light Construction's forum.
Perhaps you'll get a response there.
Cheers
