Listeners write in about haunted pipes and building-science tomes, and they ask questions about roof venting and roof leaks.

This 23ga pinner is made by Max for Cadex. The model is 23.35
Careful, other Cadex tool are not exactly as well made as this one by Max.

This is where I got my Cadex/Max pinner. It's an excellent tool.

Damn Billy, the price on that is considerably cheaper then what I paid for the same thing from the company in Canada that sells Omer and Cadex!

Wow, I hate it when that happens to me. Usually I find a lower price just after I buy something.
The folks at Floyd Tool were quick with the shipping and everything went smoothly.
I haven't used the gun with any of the brads with heads, just with the pins. Have you? I always use some type of glue, so I'm just looking for short-term holding power and minimal holes to fill.

I had to reread that a few times! And then go to the site to look at the info on the gun.
I didn't even know that the gun shot a nail with a head!!!
Damn, I gotta stop throwing away all those instruction manuals.
The only thing I use it for is the headless nails. I think they hold fine for what I'm nailing. Anything that I would nail with a headless nail doesn't need a lot of holding power so the headless is more then adequate. I use glue as well and the nail is there for a temporary clamp for the most part, that and the small hole.
Doug
How old are you Doug?
Tim
How old should I be!
I think I'm about the same age as you, give or take a year. I think I recall you mentioning that you were around 50, right?
How's that for an answer.
I avoid thinking about my age, that way I can pretend I'm younger!
Doug
hahaha
Well at 50 we seem to start missing stuff and yes it happens to me .
They always said the first two things to go but above all I miss my mind which they didnt mention at all.
Im waiting here on the daughter that I raised to show me some stuff on the computer. Silly stuff as that.
I was given a window air conditioneer from my FIL one time . I asked if he like the heat pump portion. He never said a word, so I knew.
