new subfascia exposed to rain for about 6 months, replace?
Hi, I read the FHB article about moisture and framing (https://www.finehomebuilding.com/2013/01/23/what-happens-if-your-framing-gets-rained-on-learn-to-use-a-moisture-meter) — helpful, but it wasn’t clear on what is acceptable when it comes to subfascia.
Photo should be attached.
The SYP 2×6’s are still straight. It’s just grey and probably pretty moist.
IF I nail my fascia (which is Boral) into this subfascia (which has been impossible to let fully dry due to this super rainy last year here in Virginia)(, could there be some pull out? Should I use screws instead of the ring-shank stainless I was planning on using?
Thanks for any guidance. (FYI this happened because I’ve been building this house solo, but got in a car accident and was on the couch for 3 months with a split patella. Happy to be back up and climbing ladders again!)

It should be fine. If you can see or feel obvious soft spots I'd replace them but otherwise it is just discolored.
