New to all this. How can you get to see more of a article?

Hello, don’t mean to ask a silly question but I joined today thinking I could get more information when I goto the how-to section but when I pull up a topic and it shows a picture of the article and gives a short description of the topic I can’t go any deeper to read the full article. It will list how many pages the topic covered in the magazine but I can’t pull up the article. There is nothing to click on. What am I missing here? Sorry for such a silly question but is this normal or am I missing something.

You did see that you need to log in.
If you did try and it didn't work, close out FHB and start over. Acts as a reset. If none of that works, call customer service and maybe someone that knows what they're doing will answer.

If by saying, "I joined today thinking I could get more information when I goto the how-to section", you mean that you joined this forum, then I don't think you will get what you want. Joining this forum doesn't come with any special privileges.
(In fact, some would say that forum membership is tantamount to getting smacked around by Taunton, but I digress....)
