New triplex electrical receptacle
I saw this in one of my trade magazines – Leviton now makes a 120vac, 20A triplex receptacle that fits in a single electrical box. It’s designed so you can plug in transformer style plugs (wall warts) in the top and bottom positions, and still have room for a third regular plug in the side position. Kind of neat. It’s in their Acenti line of products.

Why not just an ordinary plug strip? Or one with surge protection?

I can't see being able to plug in even two wall warts in that thing...they are way to close together.I thought these receptacles were fairly innovative though:http://www.gizmodo.com/gadgets/gadgets/revolutionary-plug-and-turn-outlets-spin-360-157504.php
At least that should solve the arguement about ground pin Up or Down.
Yes, but it opens up a new one about middle hole left or right. ;-)

Oy. Now you gotta install them so they lean to the left or to the right.... ;-)

.............that's just plain goofy.

Looks to me like you might get two wall warts or three standard three-prong types in that puppy.
Still a big improvement though.
