No more oil based paint….

So, what should I paint kitchen cabinets with……Latex on the shelves never dries hard enough…..
They just need to be white (I know, there are more shades of white than any other color!!!!)
Anyone used Sher-Wood white CAB-acrylic lacquer?

    White tinted shellac follow with white tint based Lac. It will take a few more coats than paint would.
