I'm laying kinda low today. My right heel has a bone spur on it, and has been sore for some time. It's been bad enough I've been walking around the house on crutches part of the time

And yesterday I hurt my OTHER foot.

I was in the basement working on Mom's cabinet. I was holding a circular saw in front of me and was trying to get situated to cut a board.

Things are kinda close down there, so when I turned around I knocked over a 3# hammer that was sitting on a work table. The circular saw blocked my view, so I didn't realize it had fallen off the table until it landed on the big toe on my left foot.

Now it's big and swollen, and has blood oozing out from behind the toenail. And I don't have one good foot to stand on.

Fortunately I don't have to do chores at the farm today - My Brother is doing them. But I have to work and do chores tomorrow, so I hope it's doing better.

Been trying to get DW to feel sorry for me and wait on me hand and foot. But it ain't working so far.

"your BT family will be glad to feel sorry for you.."

I figured it was more like they'd get a good laugh out of me dropping a hammer on my foot.

    Happy Easter

Usually we go to either my mothers or my mother-in-laws for turkey, some holidays, like Christmas we go to both houses as both sets of parents are about a 5 minute drive away.  I don't really mind, because for years I've been told that my turkey doesn't hold a candle to the mother in laws (Imagine!!)  This year, mother in law decided that she was too busy to cook, so I offered.  Thankfully, I guess I learned something by helping her out all these years.....a big success.  Hubby is sleeping it off now.  The bunny found the kids, no problem.

Mike, I noticed the NS flag magnet behind you.  You connected to here somehow??
