Outswing exterior door hinges
How do i make them tamper proof while using a removable pin hinge? I am building carriage doors & an entry door, both outswing doors. the carraige doors are heavy for ease of install & adjustments if needed, removable pins are nice….

Commercially you can easily get security hinges....that is, they already have a set screw drilled and tapped (inaccessible unless door is open) with a set screw that seats into a knurl in the hinge pin. If you already have the hinges, check out hoe they’re made up and drill tap and set screw your own.
When set screw is in, you can’t pop the hinge, when open you back out the set screw and pop away.
Most likely you’ll only need to do the top and bottom hinge.
Have you seen these what I’m talking about?
Edit: I was googling security pin hinge and this popped up:

Not what I was after, but maybe what you easily need....
Still didn’t find what I first set out to find, but.......these should work, pins come out but it would take a big pry bar to break in.
Have fun
got it, thanks, i think i will check out the set screw idea. & about the hinge cuts in the door jamb-i was trying to use the hinge template jig, but didnt know how to line up the template jig with the door hinges exactly to be able to transfer the jig to jamb, but after looking at the jig, there are center line marks on the template, so i will be able to use those to accuratly locate the hinge mortise on the jamb.
