I’m a bit stumped on how to flash underneath my outswing patio door.
For my inswing doors, I can put pan flashing underneath & the inside lip comes up just on the inside of the threshold.
For the outswing door, since I have 2×6 walls, the lip would be approximately 2″ inside the threshold. I am unsure how to resolve this.

buy a pan made for a 2x6 wall?

A 2x6 pan would not fix the problem. The jambs are 6", but the door threshold only comes back ~4". Since the door swings out, it is even with the outside of the wall, not the inside.
How about......
You cut the jamb extension leg up from the bottom at the back side of the regular sized pan. A great place for Information, Comraderie, and a sucker punch.

That could actually work. I may have to fashion my own pan for the exact width, but trimming the jamb extensions would allow me to have the lip of the pan come up flush with the threshold.
Glad I could help.
