I am refinishing a bathroom in a restaurant, the tile is in good shape but a touch dated (thats a nice way to say ugly). Is there a way to paint ceramic tile so the end product is durable and easy to clean? Thanks for the help. T

The first time I painted ceramic wall tile was over 30 years ago, and I used 2-part epoxy purchased from Sears. Paint roller and brushed around protrusions and it all flowed as though I sprayed it. I only sanded the tile to get some roughness. It did nothing. Washed the grout and tile and allowed it to dry. It looked great and never got a call from the owner of it peeling.
Now I use a "bonding" primer and then spray it with an HVLP. Still looks great and adhers well.
If the tile is in good shape, why not reglaze?
Take a look at XIM Tile Doc. I think you can get it at any Sherwin Williams store, have used it with good results. If you want to order Hawk Labs make some great products
