I am getting ready to be an OB and I am seriously considering panelizing. I live in New Jersey. I would appreciate any information on this process. I have seen a sample on Modulex-International of Canada. Has anybody heard of them. Their products are featured on Home Builders Network. Please advise if any one on this forum has used them or any panelized company with good reputation.

First - What do you mean by "OB"? Obstetrician ???
Also - Are you talking about panelized construction, where the walls are pre-built?
Or are you talking about modular construction, where sections of the house are hauled to the jobsite by truck?

I mean Owner Builder.
I also mean panelized construction, where the walls are pre-built. not modular.
Thanks for clearing up the "OB" thing. Had me confused. (Doesn't take much)
