I was dense-packing some cellulose in a wall with the GP paperless (aka mold-resistant) drywall, and I blew the drywall off the wall. Had to batten it down, finish blowing, and then screw it off about every 3 inches to get it to hold.
Bad mix. Plus the stuff (the drywall) gave Henley a terrible rash just handling it. I’ll never use it again.

I used it once a few years ago and never did after and never will. You have to use a respirator to work with it; if you don't, your risking our health.
cough, cough.
I remember reading about that happening to several others here.Hope you feel better soon. And tell Steve to stop buying that cheap Chinese paperless drywall ;)'Man who say it cannot be done should not interrupt man doing it' ~ Chinese proverb

I'm not crazy about the stuff, but I think it has a purpose in places like basements, where the paper type drywall can promote mold growth.
That's why we tried it. After this go around I'll find another solution. If the location is that damp perhaps drywall isn't the solution.
