Stucco final coat is a finer sand usually and many times it is colored, other than that, it's the same stuff. I see no reason why you couldn't use a mixer for that as long as the colors dont mix in.
Wait, a concrete mixer would not mix colors well if the mud was dry like grout . It just tumbles and needs to be pretty wet .
A morter mixer would do it good and get with the program.
