I installed a second sump pump and had to cut into the existing drain. Now there is a small drip in my PVC connection. I’d rather not take it apart to repair because the sump is constantly filling now.
Is there a way to patch this? The drip runs back into the sump, so I can limp along for now. Just like to hear some ideas. Thanks.

Try getting it as dry as possible and running some pvc cement over it.
This came up a few days back. It was stated that if you heat the joint with a torch or hot air gun before applying the solvent, it gets sucked into the joint just like solder in a sweat joint.
duct tape
after the heat gun trick...

I tried three times to get a repair coupling on a 3" PVC drain to take, but could never get enough cement in or work fast enough to fix it perfectly. Instead of cutting it out and buying more fittings, i finally slathered Plumber's Goop around the leaky bit, on the outside. I doubt it would work if you couldn't get it dry for a half-hour or so, though. You can use a hair dryer to speed up the drying.
This isn't a top-flight fix, but it worked for ten years before i sold the house.
tufenhundel,
A long time ago in a desparate situation I used thin strips of cloth impregnated with clear silicone rubber and stopped a freeze leak in an odd, impractical - to - replace fitting while it was still dripping.
I just went around, adding silicone rubber like taping drywall. It held for years.
That being said, I have been more impressed with Gorilla Glue than any I can remember. I have yet to have a failure with it. It reacts somehow with water. There might be a possibility you could put it in the right place and "drive it in" by sealing over with tape.
in Fla they have a solvent for pvc that works even if there is water in the joint area
the stuff is purple and comes in a can that looks like the regular can only it is purple
