Pella French Patio drs and locking issue

Installed 2 sets of Pella French Out-swing doors.
So far so good except the doors stick a bit when you try to lock them. (In these doors, you pull the handle up to activate the internal dead-bolt).
As an experiment, I removed the strike plate and the doors lock fine.
Any ideas/expeirnce with this. Plan B is to file down the strike plates but I’d prefer to do it right.
Thanks!

If you can find extra clearance at the door's lock side and the frame, maybe a little cardboard 'shim' inserted behind the bottom hinge will raise the door up slightly to allow the latch to enter the strike plate
Just loosen the hinge screws and tuck in a piece of paper board till it touches the outer screws.
Any excess cardboard can be sliced off later with a sharp knife. Don't use corigated stuff ,rather, use paperboard (from a box of Wheaties)
Steinmetz.
Every so often, rub a dry bar of soap on the latchbolt, to prevent it hanging up on the strike.
