Anyone know how to get Gillette Right Guard off of mirrors? No, its not hair spray, none in the house. It leaves minute specks that Windex hardly touches. I wonder if its a chemical binding due to the aluminum in the deodorant. Hurry up and relpy, I’m starting to smell bad to myself and the wife is boycotting the Right Guard til I have a fix. Ewwwww……

Single edge razor blade.

There is no Right Guard in my bathroom, yet we get the same spots. Could be some form of perfume or other areosol.
Anyhow's, I got some window cleaner from the local car window replacement shop whenn i mine cracked. That works. So does a homemade concoction using vingar and dish soap. But a micro fiber rag is useless to polish the spots out. Use an old terricloth something.
So do your mirrors still "sweat" when you take a shower?
Work your way up the solvent ladder: water, soap, citrus cleaner, alchohol, mineral spirits, lacquer thinner, acetone. One of them has got to work and glass is pretty much impervious to all of them.
you left out Napalm....

Nope, no sweaty mirrors, have an over fanned Fantech that sucks your hair up just so that we don't get the steam room effect.
I think maybe it is some sort of soapy aerosol. Not much in the way of perfume use, so its a mystery to me. http://www.etherhuffer.typepad.com
We use those dryer sheets to clean all the scum off the glass shower doors. Weird but it works. Give it a try.
I'd try Luka's single edged razor blade scraper first.
Then graduate to DonCan Do's list with an addition or 2 in blue

Or just enter the bathroom with a piece of ACQ treated lumber in your hand and show it to the Right Guard on the mirror - the aluminum will disintegrate shortly! :-)

Try a plain ol' bar of hand soap. That's what I use to clean the soap scum build-up from my glass shower doors, so of the hair of the dog that bit it. Soap up a terry wash cloth and you'd be surprised the stuff that it will remove.

HAH! That's nothing!!! Ever tried to get 3M Super 77 spray adhesive off your underarm after you used that by mistake? No, I thought not. Eventually, I had to pull out every armpit hair to get it off, that's what I call pain.
Don't ever come to Breaktime with the trivial stuff again.

I work with this stuff all of the time. If it don't come off with this, it won't come off.
Try the Mr Clean Majic Eraser first. It works really well.
