Any opinions on using the “full circle” pex crimps or the “pincher” type crimps.
For some reason, I’ve developed the theory that pincher crimps are more idiot proof.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
JNF

I used them on my new house and had no problems. I used a "go- no go" guage but every crimp was good on the first try. They've been in place for over a year now and our water pressure is 70+ psi. I used the full circle band and crimping tool.

Have used the pinch "Oediker" clamps on 2 houses and havent had a leak. They are supposed to have a springyness to them un like the tube crimp. And,one tool will clamp em all. I have the Zurn crimper.
