I’m try to find out what I did wrong. Because the pipes were old and corroded. I used pex tubing with 1/2 inch to the sink and 3/4 inch from water main to the boiler, but I lost water pressure. What did I so wrong?

Probably the fittings you used didn't maintain the inside diameter of the tubing.
(Or maybe you didn't open the shutoff valve all the way -- it's happened.)
Pex tubing
Sorry, what exactly do you mean. I'm new at this.
Pex tubing.
The best PEX fittings are installed by using a special tool that expands the PEX to allow the same diameter fitting to slide inside -- no restriction. "Good" (though not the best) fittings have a relatively thin inner tube that slides in with minimal restriction. Poor fittings have a fairly thick inner tupe, resulting in considerable restriction of flow.
Old copper was close to 1/2" ID ( interior diameter), but fittings for 1/2" PEX is only about 3/8" ID
Better to put a question like this in the general forum than in the forum sugestions one. More eyes would see it there
