I am relocating my bathroom and don’t know were to put the floor register. Bathroom is 5X10 feet, Opposite the entrance door is a 2 1/2 foot deep shower stall. Besides this is a toilet, a pedestral sink and besides the door a 16X16″ corner cabinet. The bathroom is tiled 4 feet high and has electric in floor heating. I want to install the register on the right hand side were the door opens to. There will be a strip about 5 feet long were I could install the floor register. Any good ideas?

I forgot to mention the lenght of the floor duct did not change, the bathroom has a ventilation fan and the backside of the shower stall is an exterior wall.
It sounds like you have it ( register location) already planned out...so just do it. When you say floor register, are you referring to a wall cavity location next to the floor...or are you actually going to install this register in a floor cavity? My only comment would be do not install a register that mounts into a floor cavity... not in a bathroom...instead, relocate and adjust ductwork so register will fit into a nearby wall.
As for style of register...sky is the limit...depends on your tastes.

Where would you locate the wall register on the 5 foot run between the open door and the shower stall, in the middle of it, exact opposite of the pedestral sink or...?
It's hard to visualize exactly how your bathroom is laid out, but I would think that locating the register so it's centered in the wall when the door is closed would look good and symmetrical.
A house I used to live in had an electric wall-mounted heater directly across from the toilet. That was nice on cold mornings!
Can you post a photo or sketch of your layout? That would help.
