I had a small hole in my bathroom wall (literally) tapered about 6″X 10″. Its located right where the wall meets the tub. I repaired it with spackle about a year ago( I discovered it when I removed the wall paper the previous own had on the wall) and its starting show its ugly head again (paint bubbling ect). What can I do to repair this permantently so I dont have to come back and repair it every year or so. I was thinking of patching it and going over it with tile. But what is a permanent patching method so I wont have to be concerned with it anymore besides making the kids shower outside cuz i think its them varmits splashing the water.
