Plastic or Wire Collated Nails for Hitachi NV65AH
I will be using SS siding nails in my new NV65AH for Hardi Plank lap siding and cedar bevel siding Since the nails are available from many sources in wire or plastic collated form, does anyone have any recommendationa as to which seem to work best and which source’s nails work best.
Thanks

I think
you're going to want wire coils, and I would get them from Manasquan Fasteners or a similar specialty fastener supplier. As an alternative, you could see if Hitachi sells the nails you want, and then get a local supplier to order them. What's available and what's affordable seem to depend a lot on the region you're in.
Wire collated and use Hitachi
Wire-collated and use Hitachi brand. I have the NV83A2 no problems using HItachi nails. You'll see a protruding piece of wire from time to time but that's about it.
