16T, probably false, since only a liquid tight test is required.
18T, needs to be reamed but not filed, maybe a trick question?
19? I put True, You got that one wrong for sure, running threads wont seal.
20T, true here, how else to interface with iron pipe, may be another trick question, as one cannot thread DWV pipe.
