I am in the process of building a new home and need a source for rough in locations for plumbing fixtures. Specificly need heights for drains for sinks and vanities, location for hot and cold supplies in relation to fixtures. Tried a general google search but was unable to come up with anything useful in so many postings I’d go blind before finding what I need.

Worth every penny - tho' that does seem pricey - look around

18 to 20 inches is a good general rough in height for sink drains, if there is a pedastal sink, it's better to have it or the instructions on the job.
Supply line stub outs are usually a couple inches higher, with at least a 4 inch spread.
Measure them in your existing home.
there a book called plumbing a house by taunton press that is very good. you can buy it at Lowes
