Does anyone have a recommendation for me regarding our front porch? It is concrete with adjoining steps and a slab stoop that runs the width of the house. The stoop is over our garage and is open underneath, so replacing with new concrete is not an option. Over time the concrete has shifted leaving cracks and gaping holes. The concrete patches that the previous owners applied have come out. The porch is quite unsightly and is causing water to seep into our basement. According to the estimates I have received, rubber coating will only prevent water from entering but will not even out the surface of the porch. I have also looked into a stone and epoxy coating that would improve the appearance, but not solve the water problem as it is very porous. Does anyone know of a product or process that will accomplish both?
