I want to replace all the painted trim in my house with stained 1x pine. Is there anywhere that you can get pre-finished pine trim? I just don’t have the time to sand, stain, and poly that much trim and I would like the durability of pre-finished.
Thanks.

Pre finished PINE? Really?
The house is a Lincoln Log package with white pine D logs and I think it would look best with simple pine 1x trim. I will try a local lumberyard. I was hoping for something easier than doing all the prep myself, but I want to install it.
Pine-Don't forget the Pre-Stain
Have you contacted a local millwork supplier or lumber yard?
Call a cabinet shop and see how much they would charge to finish and deliver what you need.

seems subbing that out would be the only way....

I don't think you'll find it in common profiles, much less in the color you prefer. If you don't have the time, you could hire someone who does.
I wouldn't give too much stock to the durability of prefinished. Pine is soft and subject to dings, no matter what finish you use on it.
