Hello All,
I don’t know if any of you have any advice here, but I have really been given the run-arouond from an internet pool dealer (nationalpoolwholesalers.com).
My situation with them is too complicated for me to go into right now, but do you know of anyway to put pressure on them (i.e. BBB, on-line pool builders forums, …). I don’t think that BBB will be very effective because not many people want to jump through all the hoops in documenting a problem and not very many people bother to check out a companies BBB rating. I thought the on-line forum might be best because it would get a warning about this company out there for more people to consider before opting to deal with them.
We have since March tried to resolve numerous and ever increasing number of problems with them, but they are not responding well. We willprobably need to go into arbitration with the MasterCard company as we are disputing the bill because of all the problems.
Thanks,
Roger <><

I agree with the last post. Most companies will respond to bad press, especially if your case is tight. Good luck.
