If you own and use Proctors, go here http://www.tranzsporter.com and review the .pdf instructions for use and part diagrams, and report whether these look like competition.
They appear to be priced at a nice savings under the Proctor jacks.

I handled them last week at my tool house. They're very nice... maybe better than the Proctors, in fact.... especially when you consider the price break. Their wall bracing looked real good too... I'm going to pick up a bunch of them I think. I've got 20' Proctors and want to pick up a set of 23'ers as well... when I was talking to my tool guy about it he told me to wait for the new ones... glad I did.
A couple things I liked about the new ones... besides the price. First was that the poles are square and not round... easier to strap down to the ladder racks and also less slipping around when raising rake walls (gable ends) or when taking them down. Also liked the fact that the hinged base that gets nailed to the deck can be replaced without replacing the whole bottom section of pole like the Proctors.
Thanks. I was hoping for a response from someone that had actually seen them and can compare the two brands.
Sounds like a no-brainer to me. I'm placing my order tomorrow for a pair of 16s.
