I dont think anyone can answer that question with just the info you gave.
Are you hand nailing or using nail guns? Is this just a straight run or do you have interuptoins ( windows, doors, bump outs, etc). What are you cutting the hardi with?? When you say two ladders, are you planning on walking each piece of hardi up the ladders or do you have some sort of walk board setup?
Unfortunately, I cant give you any numbers. The last hardi siding jobs we did where quite cut up, so dont have any real production numbers. Id say its close to wood siding in production time.
