Just thought I’d try and get a little going on pros/cons for fastening PT treated decking: coated screws, spiral shank galvanized nails, or the hidden deck fasteners. What’s your preference?

Coated screws or SS...with an impact driver, you'd never switch back to anything.
The Morphine s eems to do no good at all..I'd run all the way if I would not fall...
Just to be clear: SS means spiral shank not stainless steel, right?
I can't speak 100% for sphere, but I'm refering to stainless steel with SS.
I'm assuming Sphere is also.
I'd go with SS or Coated, More then likely Coated given the cost of SS.
Some of the nails will always work them self up and leave something to stub a toe on or catch a shoe over time.
Don't be offended by this, but in my opinion treated decking doesn't look good enough to spend the extra time on the hidden fasteners.
Living near the coast, any exterior fasteners I use are exclusively stainless steel. For decks, I use SS screws and switch off impact drivers. A cordless drill to countersink if I'm not using the composite decking screws.
