I’ve been doing a lot of work with treated lumber lately and was wondering if there are any special precautions I need to make for my tools? I often wonder if this stuff is so caustic as to eat up regular nails, what can it do to my tools? I’m blowing the shavings off at the end of the day, but not really much else. Any input will be appreciated.

Can't say I've had any problem as a result of using the tools on pt lumber. Maybe if you stuck a chisel in a board and left it there, you would see an effect.
But really, I do nothing special as a result of using them on the lumber, just blow off the chopsaw when finished. Not enough of the stuff to make much difference.
