My home is vintage 1970. We call it the “house that marijuana built”. If something could have been done poorly, it was. I am going to resurface the walls inside and wonder if I should prime with PVA. The foil back insulation had gaps and holes where I could access it. That plus new vinyl windows and I think maybe I better add the PVA and an air exchange kit. Ideas?
