I have to glue up some PVC inch and a half water line in 20-30 degree weather, the glue says use above 40 degrees. How do you plumbers out there get the glue to set?

Plumbers who work in twenty degree weather????? Where's the joke thread?
You will be in a small dark place doing this? Put a heat lamp bulb in your drop light - or use a halogen. That'll be enough. The glue will still kick, but it just needs to be thin enough to spread and let you slide parts together.
