thanksguys-
have searched for days (misspelled it,no printing left on mine), have found a littlew/d40 ocassionaly relieves sleeve friction
You already have a working link (post #3), but I thought this post was interesting because I installed the QwikLok on my first extension cord today. I've had them for probably over two years but just got around to swapping one out.
So far, it looks like a very nice product.

I bought mine from McFeelys a few years back. A quick search netted nada, so you might have to look elsewhere.
Over the years the release mechanism gets worn and stiff, but I still use mine daily. The first one I received had one of the screws stripped and projecting out the face (they're stainless steel, and they used a much softer steel on the earlier models). I called, they said they would send me a new one, but it never came. They never returned my calls, after that.
Good luck
