I am considering tiling about 700 sq. ft. over a concrete foundation. I am concerned how cold it will be on our feet during the cold winter months and am considering installing an electric radiant heat flooring under the tile. I would appreciate any feedback from anyone who has installed and lived with radiant heat flooring. Did your electric bill appreciable increase? Would you recommend the brand you installed?

That's a pretty vague question. Cost savings vs what???? Radiant floors are generally more expensive to install. They may or may not be more economical to operate. I'm no expert on them but there really is no way to answer your question as is.
