I’m about to put in radiant heat under the floor of a house I’m building. I assume engineered 3-ply flooring will move the least. I was planning on nailing it down 8″oc, rather than a floating or click together floor, and would be grateful for some feedback on what people have been using for flooring without breaking the bank.

dick, I have used bamboo floating over gypcrete with HW hose. Make sure whatever flooring you select, you understand the max operating temp allowed with it. This may compel you to add hose to achieve the right comfort level. The bamboo from Terragren max floor temp-85 deg.
