Hi John:I am not too familiar with the correct way to to post things on the forums for that I apologize. Navigation around here is a little confusing. I was curious what the "bump" response was. Thanks for any info.Alan
Old messages sink down the list until someone post it and then it is at the top again.A bump is just a post to bring it back to the top when it has been responded to by someone that knows about this subject..
.
A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
I was curious what the "bump" response was.
A bump knocks your message back up to the recent group that everyone sees so that you have a better chance at getting a reply to your question.
If you still don't get an answer, you can try rewording the question and creating a new thread. I've never really figured out why sometimes I get 50 responses and other times my question drops like a rock.

Not that I know squat about the subject, but if the manufacturer says you need to temper the water, then I'd follow thise instructions. If you are in a big hurry to get the radiators in and can't wait until you replumb w/pex all the back to the boiler, maybe you could cut in the 1" iron near the boiler & add a "temporary" tempering valve---and then you could do your pex to iron transition downstream...
