I am planning a renovation to an 1100 sq. ft. 1 1/2 story house. Adding second floor. Will double space. I live in Maryland so heat and AC are a must. I’m looking at radiant floor heat with separate AC. I’ve talked with a few contractors who tell me that radiant is very expensive. I’ve seen some messages here that say it does cost more but its more efficient so it’ll save money later. I’ve read about a company called Radiantec (advertised in FH) that sell prepackaged systems that seem quite reasonable in cost. Does anyone have experience with this outfit and their stuff??

I have used Radiantec . They are very helpful , Will send info and explain things on the phone if you call them. They use a no nonsense approach to there system less bells and whistles , but they will set you up with what you want.
*RadianTec is a good company. We have used them for many years, and always had good service.
