Question:
Some time ago I had the gas company come and check the gas lines that come out of the walls in the bedrooms and upstairs bathroom in my old house. The guy who came over said that they were there for attaching radiator heaters. I commented that I was interested in restoring the original character of my home and he advised against installing these as they would deplete the oxygen level in my home.
I taught high school for a few years and had a radiator heater running the length of one wall in my classroom. Glad to say neither I or my students suffered from suffocation.
What are your thoughts?
Not to dismiss any of your opinions, but still, where could I get some “official” information on this issue? I’d need to hold someone accountable in fact and this forum isn’t the place to do it.
And, if these heaters are in fact ok, where would I acquire these?
Thanks,
Jose
